
How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Old Fashioned
A slow-sipping non-alcoholic Old Fashioned with alcohol-free bourbon, a touch of sugar and aromatic bitters over a single large ice cube.
Serves: 1 | Glass: Rocks glass, large ice cube | Prep: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 60ml Southern Belle Non-Alcoholic Bourbon
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Orange peel, to garnish
Method
- Add the bourbon, sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds until chilled and lightly diluted.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
