Cuba Libre Without Alcohol Recipe FAQs
What is the difference between a Cuba Libre and a rum and coke?
A Cuba Libre includes fresh lime juice and a lime garnish, which brightens the drink. A plain rum and coke leaves the lime out.
Can you make a Cuba Libre without alcohol?
Yes. Build alcohol-free white rum with cola and fresh lime over ice for a zero-proof Cuba Libre.
What rum is used in a Cuba Libre?
Traditionally a light or gold rum. A non-alcoholic white rum such as Señorita Bianco works well and keeps it crisp.
What glass is a Cuba Libre served in?
A highball glass, built over plenty of ice and topped with cola.
