Non-Alcoholic Mojito Recipe FAQs
What is a virgin mojito made of?
Alcohol-free white rum, fresh lime, sugar and mint, lightly muddled and topped with soda water over ice.
What can I use instead of rum in a mojito?
A non-alcoholic white rum such as Señorita Bianco keeps the clean, dry base of a classic mojito without the alcohol.
How do you muddle mint for a mojito?
Press the mint gently with sugar and lime just to release the oils. Over-muddling tears the leaves and makes the drink taste bitter.
Is a virgin mojito the same as a mojito mocktail?
Yes. Both mean a mojito made without alcohol, using a zero-proof rum or simply lime, mint and soda.
