Are zero-proof spirits vegan?
Barnes & Brown 0.0% spirits are made as botanical liquids. The printed panels show 0 g protein and 0 g fat. That is not the same as a vegan certification logo. If a kitchen or event needs a certified vegan spec, ask us for the current status before you print the menu.
What the pack actually shows
Are zero-proof spirits vegan by default? Non-alcoholic spirits in this range are built from botanicals, citrus and spice — not from dairy or egg on the nutrition panel. Alcohol-free spirits can still be processed with agents that some vegan programmes reject. A 0.0% ABV mark does not settle that question on its own.
Same rule as Halal: the process and the certificate are separate from the alcohol figure. See Halal in Singapore.
For venues
- Do not print “vegan certified” unless you have the current letter or logo.
- Do print 0.0% ABV if that is what the bottle says.
- Nutrition for the six listed SKUs is on calories and sugar.
Range: What We Distribute — gin, tequila, rum, bourbon, vermouth, aperitif, triple sec.
