How many calories are in zero-proof spirits?
Barnes & Brown 0.0% spirits have no ethanol calories. A 30 ml serve sits between about 4 and 21 kcal, depending on the bottle. Miss Agave and Southern Belle are the lightest. Signorina Valentina and Lady Marmalade carry more carbohydrate. The mixer still decides most of the energy in the glass.

The mixer still counts
How many calories are in zero-proof spirits in a finished drink depends on tonic, soda, juice or syrup. A 30 ml pour of Miss Agave is about 4 kcal. The same pour of Signorina Valentina is about 21 kcal before anything else goes in the glass.
- Soda or light tonic keeps the serve closest to the table above.
- Juice, cordial and sour mix add more than the spirit.
- Aperitif and triple-sec styles are sweeter by design — that is the sugar you can see on the pack.
Not a juice mocktail
These bottles are 1:1 mixing bases, not punch. See how zero-proof spirits differ from mocktails and alcohol-free gin for a dry long drink. Send gin nutrition if you have it and we will add a seventh row.
